We work with Owners, Architects, Contractors, and other Design Professionals to oversee preparation of required surveys, engineered drawings, and architectural plans tailored to local submittal requirements. We act as an agent in preparing and filing zoning variances, special exceptions, conditional use permits, parking exceptions and many other administrative remedies. Our team understands the building codes, local ordinances, and specific procedures for all metro area municipalities we service.

In today’s complex and ever changing regulatory environment, it is critical to understand the legal permitting requirements for new development. Most projects require multiple permits, often from local, state, and federal agencies, and often with conflicting requirements. Additionally, many properties are not conducive to development; especially, modern retail tenants that provide a large variety of services, that may not quite fit within current zoning ordinances. We can identify site constraints that may require a variance and other public hearing processes necessary to obtain approvals. If true project considerations aren’t applied for as early as possible, or if applications are not complete, a project will potentially experience critical and costly delays.
