Ground-up Projects:
2201 Valley Telegraph Tower
The Telegraph Tower at 2201 Valley will be 28-story, large floor plate, state-of-the-art office building. It will have 15' floor-to-floor layouts with 30,000 square feet of private terraces and balconies and panoramic views of the Bay Area.
500 Kirkham CITYSPACE
500 Kirkham, right next to the West Oakland BART station, is Panoramic’s proposed new workforce housing development. With 1,032 apartments and 35,000 SF of flex/commercial space in three buildings, the development will take full advantage of its proximity to vibrant downtown Oakland.
37 8th Avenue Brooklyn Basin
Brooklyn Basin is about to transform the Oakland waterfront. AT $1.5 billion, this 65-acre project will feature 3,100 units, 32 acres of open parks and trails, a 200-boat slip marina and a retail destination.
Tennant Improvement Projects:
Pacific Shores Google Campus
Pacific Shores is located right on the water, creating the perfect work/life balance, and integrating offices, recreation, and nature. This project has 1.5 million-sf R&D and office development, is located on 107 acres, has ten buildings, an amphitheater and athletic club.
1955 Broadway
Uptown Station
This historic building has been transformed into a mixed-use work and retail space. With 355,762 square feet of state-of-the-art work, retail, and restaurant space, Uptown Station is hoping to incubate the next-generation of Oakland-based businesses and allow for long-term community engagement.
